PAYMENTS AND WEB SECURITY

Currently we only accept Credit Cards or Bank Transfer. Credit Card payments are handled through Paypal (very important: please read carefully the next question about Paypal payments). For Bank Transfer please contact our Customer Service before buying anything.

No, you don’t need a Paypal account to place an order. You can now pay with your Credit Card without any Paypal website subscription.
After having confirmed the details of your purchase, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal website.

  • If you don’t have a Paypal account just follow the instructions provided by the Paypal website for unregistered users. You can easily pay in a few steps without any website subscription.
  • If you already have a Paypal account just login and use it.

The Stivaleria Parlanti website protects the data of the credit cards used for purchase as information is supplied directly to Paypal. The Stivaleria Parlanti website does not handle the credit card data directly in any manner. The data is sent directly to the bank using authorized international circuits that return the result of the transaction, providing the information regarding the success of purchase. MY ORDER

It’s really simple to make an order on our online store. You can browse our catalogue and click on a product image to view the product page. In the product page you can find the product’s info, the product’s description and the product’s price. Where requested, you should indicate the product size or color in order to add the product into the shopping cart. The product page shows only the available sizes or colors.

In the shopping cart page you can find the purchased products, the quantity of each product and the total amount for your order, including shipping costs. To complete your order you should fill the “checkout” form following the given steps.
All your order data are summarized at the end of this process. Once you confirmed the data you will receive a confirmation email with the order code number.

At this time, we do not have a pre-established time period for updating the availability of our showcases, which are set-up from time-to-time based on the availability of the articles. Our showcases are constantly updated.

If the size, the color or the article you desire can no longer be selected from the Stivaleria Parlanti website, it means that they are no longer available for purchase.

There is no specific location for cancelling orders on the site. Orders that do not have a recorded payment transaction are automatically cancelled.

The Customer must keep his/her order number. The order number is helpful if you need to contact our Customer Service. The order number is listed in the email message that summarizes your purchase and indicates the date and time of order.

SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

The Stivaleria Parlanti website currently serves every country.

Orders from Italian, European or Extraeuropean countries are processed by express couriers.
Delivery time is different from country to country (from 1 to 5 working days).

Delivery charges are calculated at the moment the order is placed. The cost of shipment is different from country to country and may vary based on the amount of goods ordered and based on the changes in the costs of the couriers, fuel costs, etc.

Shipments made in the following countries: Andorra, Brazil, Canada, FærØer, Hong Kong, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macau, Macedonia, Mexico, Monaco (Principality of), Norway, Switzerland, U.S.A. may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country. Stivaleria Parlanti doesn’t know the amount of import taxes and duties, that are responsibility of the recipient.

If no one who can receive the order and sign the receipt is available at the time of delivery, the transport company will leave an advisory and will contact the addressee to establish a delivery time.

The Customer has the right to recede from the purchase contract for any reason, without providing explanations.

The Customer must send Stivaleria Parlanti a written request within 10 working days from the receipt of the goods. This request must be sent by registered letter with return receipt, and addressed to:

or by telegram or email, again within the same term of 10 working days, followed by a confirmation by registered letter with return receipt, sent absolutely within the following 48 hours. Once the request for withdrawal has been received following the procedure listed above, Stivaleria Parlanti Customer Care will rapidly inform the Customer how to return the goods, which must reach Stivaleria Parlanti within 10 days from authorization.

With the exception of costs for the repair of damages to the original packaging, Stivaleria Parlanti will reimburse the Customer the full sum paid, with the exception of shipment costs, within 14 days from the return of the goods, doing so by Bank Transfer.

Customers returning goods must follow the following instructions:

  • fees are applied to the entire product purchased;
  • the goods purchased must be integral and returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc.);
  • do not apply labels or tape directly on the original product packaging;
  • shipment to our warehouses, until our return receipt, is the complete responsibility of the Customer.

The cost of shipment for return of the goods is the Customer’s responsibility..
